drawde236 317 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Cooking Show Host" 06-14-03, 05:34 PM (EST) "Hints in the opening credits?" First of all, let me confess that I am new to this show, but do they show all the pit stops with the flashing images in the opening credits? I realize after watching Thursday's episode that there is a Venician Mask. I am not even sure if these images change from week to week. Can anyone help me out?   Top

Many of those images are recycled from previous versions of TAR, and some have never appeared. But in past seasons we found them to be of little use. Some of the images used in previous versions of the race never appeared in the show, and seem to be stock travel footage. During the first season there were several clips in the opening that did have spoiler value. One of the members of the eventual second place team was shown in an icy pond. That told us that Frank was around until they went somewhere really cold, which turned out to be near the end of the race. Since that first season, the contestant shots are all canned stuff, and the travel stuff is either recycled or stock footage. These reality show contestants need a reality check!   Top
