PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

I believe that they needed "a list" from Goodwin and Ethan so they could prepare the dossiers on each of the survivors. I definitely get the impression that they are looking for the "good ones" and they are quite accustomed to have new arrivals on the island. They seemed to be quite prepared with all the disguises and cover stories. So they live on an island utopia that has somewhat frequent newcomers, but they only accept the "good ones", and then only after they have been properly schooled. Seems that Michael and Walt have been ruled out as good ones. From Ben's offer to Jack, I think they have determined that he is not a keeper either. Is Kate a possible keeper and are they grooming her to join their group? I keep going back to the French woman and the "sickness" she observed. Is the sickness part of the island's defenses or the result of the others' brainwashing gone awry? Does she know Alex is still alive and does Alex know her mother is still alive? I hope, before this season is over, that they bring the issues from Season 1 (i.e. The Black Rock, the Monster, the Polar Bears and pigs, the sickness, and Rousseau) back and incorporate them into the story about the others. Beware the Bear
