mocha madness 251 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Network TV Show Guest Star" 06-10-03, 04:00 PM (EST) "Global Extreme--Everest this Thursday" ABC tries its hand on making something of the OLN show "Global Extremes" by showing the "finals" this Thursday, the 12th. I think maybe three of us have been posting on this show as it has limped along on the OLN network. The premise is awesome, the potential for high drama is there, but the producers have bungled it into a snooze fest so far. I know the outcome, so I will just say that some of the climbers go for the summit of Everest, and just to be there is an achievement. I hope ABC can make this compelling television.   Top
