PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats, but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are encouraged to read the complete guidelines. As entertainment critic Roger Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."

"Bumping and a grinding"
Hi all I’m a newbie so please forgive my ignorance. Are there any “rules of play” In the preview they again alluded to the Boston Rob/Amber thing – could they possibly get booted for doing it? This would certainly be grounds for crisis mode. Ok I’m a dope.

1. "Answer ... and locking"
I'm locking this thread because it's duplicative, but I'll also answer your question.

There are rules of play, but the rules do not prohibit sexual relationships between the castaways. In fact, such a rendezvous would be encouraged!

In the first Survivor, Mark Burnett (the exec. producer) did just about everything possible to create a hookup, including the idea of plying the "ambassadors" for the tribes (Sean and JennaL) with alcohol, and there have been numerous stunts since then with the same idea in mind, but none of it has ever worked.

So, the SHOW wouldn't object ... but the OTHER CONTESTANTS probably would vote off a "couple" as quickly as they could, which is why it's never happened (so far).

Soylent Green: recycling America, one person at a time.
