And you can't trust these previews anyway. They are formulated to make us think something BIG is gonna happen, and it usually plays out like this:

Since this thread is already spoilerish, let me also add that, from what I've seen in the "Spoilers to Dec.2" thread, I would not be totally surprised if Jill turns out to not need surgery after all. Bits like "Jill has something big to celebrate" (paraphrased) and the spoiler about the HG Kelly who is supposedly there now in real time saying that Jill is still there, and Jill has not had surgery, and Kelly knows of no upcoming plans for Jill to have surgery...makes me wonder if SO writers might have come up with the 40 lb tumor thing to keep us tuned in. (No disrespect to Jill with this comment, it's just getting hard to know exactly what's true and what's fabricated on SO.)

azsk8fan...Allison being nudged out of the SO house? Do you think she'll chain herself to the railings of the balcony to stop that from happening??
