"What happened to Greg's Interveiw?"
On the Official CBS site they have been posting the follow-up interveiws with all the "losers" from there day on the CBS morning show, but Greg's isn't there. Was he such a poor sport that he didn't go on the show? Maybe after the final vote he goes completly nuts and never left the island?

On Letterman's page, he has a "fake Greg" interview that is pretty funny.

Sure, go to http://www.cbs.com/network/tvshows/mini/lateshow/survivor/
and look down the side where there are the video clips of each survivor cast-off. Between Jenna & Gretchen you'll find the "fake greg" talking about "hot island sex".

I think he finally got to the host and Jeff killed him and buried him under the fire pit at the TC. It is well known that He really bothered Jeff.
