I have to say, I was disappointed by the "controversial event". It looked to me like Sue could have avoided it by going the other way.
Or more so that she was asking for it by waiting for Rich (in a non-attack zone) and grabbing onto him first. She obviously saw he was naked. What was she thinking was gonna happen?Sue's blow-up definitely takes place at a challenge. It's not clear if it's RC or IC. Does she quit or not? Varner says yes.
Not quite clear, but it would seem that the subject would've been brought up at the next possible chance JP had to discuss it with Sue. I think JP would rather strike while the iron is hot and Sue is one hot(blank).
Hence, IMO it happens at the RC.
Would the subject have any real importance in the pre-challenge banter of the IC? A full 3 days after "Dicquegate". Maybe. But it would have to mean that JP glided over the subject at RC. C'mon. It's such a big deal. As to your mention of Varner, it seems he believes she quits. My question is does she just say she "wants" to quit and then plays on anyway.
As in ... "It makes me want ta quit."
OR Does she actually leave at the RC. (Hence no challenge shots)
As in ... " I want ta quit!"
If she does leave, does that mean they continue to play the RC and IC without her and have an actual boot later at TC.
As in ... Two Boots?
OR is there a lot (and I mean A LOT) of "around camp" shots and the episode ends with Sue's blow-up and her running off the island?

Because of Sue's departure the crew has had to hold up a couple of challenges and the cast doesn't have to go to tribal council, again.
Doesn't sound too intense, really.
Much easier, truthfully. For those willing to play the game. AND Those that work for MB. I'm beginning to think the "21st day Crisis Mode" is actually the proposal of accelerated TC's.
Say JP mentions, at the first RC in ep7, that things will be running a little faster now.
No day off in between.
Straight to IC and TC the very next day.
Hence, everyone is on a shorter schedule and must plan accordingly.
Not as much time to hide mistakes and/or make adjustments.
Less time to adapt for castaways.
Much faster turn-around time for challenge construction. Make sense?

Day 21 is the first day of EP7Actually, KB and tribe, Day 21 is the last day of Episode 7. If they were "in crisis mode by Day 21", here's what I think: Sue quits next week. That's the second quitter of ASS. Then in Ep 7, Ethan has his hissy fit with his embarrassing behavior, as Varner reported -- perhaps making noises about quitting as well. If they've had two quittees and a third ASS threatening to quit by Day 21, yah, I bet they'd be in crisis mode.

I hadn't checked the calendar and was just speculating off of the previous post.Either way it doesn't happen until ep.7 so I'd rather wait until ep6 is over to speculate any further. If Sue quits, we then have a full-fledged epidemic of castaways calling it quits. That blows! All-Stars my ASS! More like the whiniest group of DAWs ever.

I only am upset with the comments about Sue because it was pretty clear to me that some of it had been edited out. Kathy was facing them and then suddently turned around the other way. It is absolutely positively wrong no matter what type of "zone" she was in for him USE his nakedness to intimidate someone in a challenge in a physical way. Taken that Sue is a truck driver I am wondering if she has been intimidated before in this manner. I thought the contact was "accidental" - that was NOT accidental in any way and that is what was upsetting to me. To say Sue deserved it because she was in the wrong zone and maybe touched him first IS insensative wether its joking or not. This issue I'm sure will be a hot topic of discussion -however I will not discuss it anymore. It was wrong plane and simple and I wonder if he had not been voted of if anything at all would have been done to him. I dont think so and that more than anything makes me angry.

I too think that the incident was shortened - some of it edited out. The fact that Sue chose to stand there does not give Rich the right to do what he did. Not wanting to get into a philosophical discussion of "she was asking for it" as used to be common in rape cases - well what he did was just plain wrong. I do think that the catalyst to all the problems next episode was Jeff's non-reaction. Had Jeff indicated to Sue that he agreed/understood her reaction, she might not have gone ballistic. He seems to have had the reaction of no big deal - play on. Sue isn't the shy retiring type anyway, but that sort of non-reaction would bring out the worst in most people.
If this goes down the way it seems to be, I have to say that Jeff didn't handle this one in his usual fair fashion. This not only negatively affects Sue, but also her team and ultimately - the game.

Soozin had about a dozen options here to avoid Rich. She made an equal number of decsions that put her in the position she found herself. Did Rich grab her? No, Soo put her hands on Rich. Rich raised both his arms and tried to sneak on by. Did she turn away when whe saw the big naked guy heading her way like Kathy? No, she waited for him, turned directly toward him and initiated this whole event.True, have no way of knowing what was edited out but I saw now aggressive move on Rich's part- no grinding, no thrusting, no shaking, nothing. IMO, it is Soozin who is just plain wrong. Jeff needs to shut her down immediately at the Challenge and really hope he does so.

Did you miss the part where she was pushing him away and he HELD on to her not letting her - she was trying to go the other way and he would not let go. THAT is what makes it bad. She made first contact yes, however she clearly was trying to turn around and go the other way and he would not let her.

OK, so Sue initiated the incident by standing at the end of the battle bridge. So did many others. By standing there, was she expecting naked Rich to push said nakedness against her asking if she wanted some of this? Would Rich have done this if the other person was someone other than Sue?
I went to Insider and rewatched the incident and agree that Sue didn't seem that upset right afterwards. The adrenaline flowing at the time tamped the anger. When she had a chance to think - which the players have plenty of time to do - she got madder and madder. And I still think that Jeff's handling of the incident caused more of the problem.

My problem with this whole thing is that Soo did not just "stand there." Kathy was there, too, and I think her response was appropriate for someone who wanted to minimize any potential interaction with a big, naked, fat guy. She didn't so much get out of his way or defer to him, just avoid. Soo, on the other hand, waited for Rich to cross. She confronted him as he crossed. Did she expect some contact? How could she not? "260 pounds of Hatch" is hard to avoid. "Some of this" is exactly what she expected. She waited for him, faced him, moved forward and touched him. And yes, when Rich made the decision to strip after his first battle, he showed his willingness to confront anyone who would battle him. Good strategy, I think. Would you go low on this guy? The better question might be, would any of the others but Soo be so aggressive in initiating contact? Lastly, regarding Jeff's handling of the matter, hard to say what he should have done since he was there and we weren't. Soo obviously feels he handled it poorly. Remember, Jeff saw the whole thing as it happened. Bet he couldn't take his eyes off them as he clearly stated that Soo was waiting for Rich. He heard the comments, saw the movements and until we learn more, I'm thinking he handled it the best he could at the time. Interested in hearing his response to Soo's outrage at the Challenge.

Munson,I don't get it... How do Sue's actions justify what Richard did to her? (I'm talking about when he grabbed her from behind once she was by him, and grinded against her while asking if she wants any). The fact that Sue waited for a beam she thought was easier to walk on and even the fact that she initiated contact with Richard in no way excuses his behavior. Let's remember that Sue in no way initiated contact with sexual connotations. Rich in turn harassed Sue in a gesture that was loaded with sexual connotations. By definition this is sexual harassment. Those of you who would claim that Richard only grabbed on to maintain his balance need to explain to me how asking Sue if “she wanted any?” helped with his balance. Put yourself in her position or put your girlfriend, wife, or mother in that position. Would it still be ok? I will say that this type of behavior will draw different reactions from different people. For example, most teenaged boys will think it’s hilarious, some people will think it’s distasteful, others will be offended, and some will feel violated by it. Personally, I feel that it was inappropriate and that Rich should know Sue well enough to know that she would feel violated by it.

I thought she said, "I want this" or "some of this" or something like that. I took it as a challenge on her part, towards Rich, although it was a non-contact zone, so it didn't make any sense. I missed Rich grabbing her and grinding against her, as someone claimed above. I took his response as "back at you". And I saw Kathy avoid the "problem" by squeezing past and continuing on with the challenge. Which is what most people, not just women, would have done.

I agree 110% here. She just wanted the beam, not a confrontation with Rich's anatomy. She liked the beam he was on (and didn't he have to go out of his way to use that beam too because it was safer for him?) and she wanted to get to the other side without falling. She said some crude things and so did he and he took it too far by grinding on her.

I wonder if part of the upset is going to be the fact that Richard was not the only one to blame. On The Early Show this morning they asked Rich why he had his pants off when he started the challenge wearing them. He said it was his tribemates who told him to take them off. They figured that it would distract the other tribe. At least this is what Richard claims. So if this part was edited out, Sue could hold the whole tribe responsible and could be part of the reason they are having a strange reaction to Sue's outburst.

I too watched this clip many times. What I saw was that Sue immediately wanted to take the route that Richard was on. She looked up and he was there. Without pausing she moved to the other route, took two steps and was unsure of her balance and moved back to the junction, saying she wanted to take her time.At this moment she prodded Rich with a few remarks which is classic Sue, however to me neither of these comments I feel could be interpreted as her "asking for it." Richard came to her, asked if she wanted some of this? We could see his arms in the air and his legs slightly bent, this tells me that there was some grinding of some sort. We see a harsh cut at this point and Sue moves around him. Rich at this point not only continues with this stance, but turns his body around to keep contact as she is going by, his privies still on her butt. In my opinion Sue was playing the game. She wanted the flag for her tribe and she was making sure she didn't take the route she was least comfortable with. She was the one who tried to move on, with Richard taking time to actually turn with her. He was the one stalling the game and continuing with the incident. If MB wanted to make Rich look more innocent and Sue more of one who is a willing participant, he could have cut it differently leaving out the fact that Rich continued after her even after she passed him. The fact that this is not the case shows me that it was Rich who initiated it all and continued after they had passed. I guarantee you if there were more to this clip that would show Sue in a worse manner, we would have seen it. The problem here is that even if he had not made any contact with her he still had intent, both in his body language and spoken word. It does not matter that she changed her mind and waited for him to come by, nor does anything she said prior to the incident, so long as it wasn’t something along the lines of, “I want you to rub yourself on me.” What matters here is the moment they made contact. In order for an action to be wrong or to be a crime you need both the action and the intent of committing the action, crossing at some point. When Richard touched her inappropriately, his intent was made clear by the words he spoke. Even if the viewing public did not get to see the entire clip due to editing, we did get to see both the action and the intent. Sue’s reaction was several, 1. Try to push him away. 2. Say harsh words 3. Attempt to move on. None of these suggest that she was trying to prolong the incident but to escape it. Finally, watching how MB portrayed her earlier only strengthens this argument. When someone in the position of MB or Rich cannot defend themselves against the actual action, they resort to the only thing left, defaming the victim. This is a classic strategy used every day in an attempt to deflect attention away from the action. Fweep

I agree with you on this. Richard should never have been allowed to play naked by JP and if I remember correctly, Richard didn't make an effort to just move by Sue - he took advantage of the moment by making it worse than it should have been -- and enjoyed doing it. I'm just not sure why she didn't make an issue of it after the challenge was over.

Would have been hilarious.

And back to spoiling....Anyone else think that the emphasis on Soo is also some boot misdirection? Drama that effects the boot is often only hinted at in the previews. Jenna's departure wasn't given away so explicitly. If Soo quits, would we see the confontation with Jeff at the Challenge? What if she's the next boot? Not sure. My gut tells me that Jerri is next, mostly because spoilers, rumors, spec indicate the next few boots come from Soo, Jerri, Ethan and Colby. Can't shake this feeling that a Soo boot in E6 is just toooo obvious after the preview. If Mogo returns to TC, would they risk booting either Ethan or Colby with an expected merge still so far in the future? Doubt it. Looks like the favorites for next week's boot are Soozin and Jerri with Soozin in the lead. I was wrong last week with my Soo pick and I sense the start of a streak here. But it's gonna be a fun week as more info gets out.

One more thing, I really believe that Sue will quit. Varner said that the incident was so bad that MB would not have a CHOICE but to air it. So this leads me to the following conclusion:If Sue just yelled and ranted at Jeff then decided not to quit, MB would not have had to show any of this. He could have just left it on the cutting room floor and let his lawyers and public relations people deal with it. If Sue does quit then he has no choice but to show it, as he has to give the audience a reason for her leaving the show on her own accord. Just my thoughts. Fweep

I'm almost positive that Ethan will go if Mogo Mogo loses the IC. Last week, it *was* going to be Ethan, but Lex just had to get rid of Richard. And then when it was going to be Rich, they misdirected us with a possible Colby boot (they did a pretty good job).This week we have Colby in the spotlight for Mogo Mogo. More misdirection toward the obvious boots, Ethan or Jerri. They did a decent job at making it seem like Ethan and Jerri were part of the tribe, part of alliances. Why would they boot Richard? I'd just spent a good few minutes looking around the boards trying to find the context in which Sue proclaims she "was spent" when I found your post.  It sounds to me as though this statement is Sue explaining some unusual behaviour of her own. Being "spent" doesn't explain why she was upset over Rich's antics. Being "spent" may well, instead, explain why she lost her rag over it and had a hissy fit and threatened to quit. In a dark hour and while exhausted mentally and physically (spent, in other words), Sue has a meltdown and tells her tribe she's quitting. Then she changes her mind, or is talked out of it or whatever -- but Jeff brings it up at some inopportune moment (like just before a challenge when Red doesn't want Green to see that Red has a weak link) and that is the point at which Sue has her outburst at Jeff. This outburst gets her voted off, of course, so she might as well have quit. But I don't think she quits, per se. I think she has a dark moment, has a huge meltdown when Jeff brings it up later, and then gets voted off.

Getting back to the topic at hand, you can see in pic 16 and 17 when Sue is yelling at Jeff that they appear to be on rocky land, perhaps a peninsula of sorts, given that there's open water behind everyone else. In the other pic thread with the basketball-ish challenge they're on a sandy beach. So, in case there was any doubt, I think we can surmise that there are two challenge 'occasions' in this next Ep. We just need to decide at which challenge Sue is doing her yelling. I'm guessing that both challenges in the next episode will take place on dry land. Seems like a departure from the usual set-up of at least one wet challenge per episode. -BbB 
I do more to not work than actual work.

Makes sense to me (that it is at two different challenges) BECAUSE it seems so odd if not. To wit - two tribes show up at RC; Sue blows up at JP, screams, calls him an insensitive pig, etc. Then they go on to play the RC, laughing, joking, smiling, etc?? Doesn't seem logical - there would have to be some leftover sobriety, right?So based upon the demeanor of the "item in the basket" challenge players, I have been thinking that Sue's blow-up could not be right before this challenge.

Let's get back to true spoiling by vidcaps and what we do have....I think we have a challenge in which they go one at a time to do their...throw this and jump on that...the reason I say this is because we have two different vidcaps with each tribe watching during the challenge.First: Do we have one beach challenge? Are these pics related to the same challenge? I say yes because you can see the little bamboo holders in both pics. 
Second: Does Sue quit at this challenge? If not, she is not seen in any of the vidcaps from the challenge. However, if she does quit, then no one will have to sit out from Chapera and this vidcap will be of the Chapera tribe watching and rooting for Alicia: 
Third: Can we tell in which order the Mogo's are competing? Maybe, in the first couple of vidcaps we see them standing on their mats as they are at the challenge. The first pic shows Jerri in front of Ethan and sort-of beside Kathy. Kathy is beside Lex with Shii Ann in front of Colby. In other words, I think the women are standing in front of the men. 
Fourth: In this vid cap we have Ethan taking off, in what I think is the lead role. However, as the challenge ends...Colby and Lex change in the line-up for some reason. 
Fifth: I think this pic is Kathy going deep into the challenge as by the way they were standing in the previous vidcaps. In this pic, you can see in order standing in the background, Ethan, Jerri, Shii Ann (with her long pants on), Lex and then Colby. 
Lastly: I think this vidcap is towards the end of the challenge. Now are they excited or sad?

Looks like it's the africa teeter totter challenge but with a relay or Boston Rob could be retrieving something that another tribe mate sent flying? There probably is some form of relay though as they are standing so far away from the seesaws. As for the first few vidcaps, Lex has some thing in his chops, leading me to believe that Sue's blow up happens at the IC, and we haven't got any idea what that will be, and the seesaw challenge is the RC. Who wins? I'm going to go against my gut (keeping with the Mogos "go with my gut" feeling) and say MogoMogo. Every season I go with my gut and that team always blows it. I wanted Chapera to win this season, yet I never pick the right tribe. Could be the ultimate spoiler right there. Whoever are my favs will not win.

I think they're sad, Vols.To me, the pair of Lex/Colby pics at the end there show Colby being his usual inscrutable self (he never seems to get very "hyper" about anything, whether with excitement or anger or whatever). Colby is looking on in his coolly analytical way -- but I would say that he has a slight look of "Doh! That's not the way to do it!" on his face and his hands-on-hips posture is that of someone who looks mildly impatient as a result of something that is outside of his control. In the first of the two shots, Lex appears to be bringing his hand to his forehead as if to say "Oh no!" or "Ouch!" or "Gah!" as if someone fell, or clumsily lost the item they were carrying, or some such. It's a gesture of exasperation at the misfortune. In the second shot, his clenched fist could either be a Tiger-Woods-style "Nailed it!!" action of glee, or -- and I think this is more likely, based on Colby's expression -- it's a "Damn, we were SO close." What's confusing to me about this whole sequence of shots, though, is that the three close-up shots of Green have much bluer sky in the background than is present in all the other shots. I also think the sun is higher in the sky in those close-up shots than it is in all the shots of the actual challenge taking place. Of course, this doesn't clear anything up -- it could still be all the same challenge, but just took a long time to shoot from arrivals to finish, just as easily as these shots could still be coming from two separate occasions. Have we had any discussion on when and where Sue was to be seen lying on the ground, in relation to these other events?

At first, I thought the Lex shot was a Tiger Woods YESSSSS! However, the more I look at it, the more I think it is a OH NO LOOK HOW CLOSE WE WERE!I was going to include the pics of Sue but I didn't know how to incorporate it into the post. However, I have brought these over to discuss. 
I think these are taken at camp. Sue is closer to the water than the challenge is and she has her bikini on where as in her rant scene she is not wearing the red bikini. I think this scene may very well be one of those where Sue will be thinking things over and re-living that bumping thingy! Also, I think SEEBS may want us to think this is where Sue quits. But, remember when Jenna quit...she just walked off and didn't really have time to lie on the beach and cry!

First I think there are scenes of them on the mats, also as you point out, then there are action shots on the beach with them in mid challenge. They are definately lining up differently. The first grouping of the pics numbers 12-25 are of them on the mats, either pre-or post challenge. Notice that they bring their flags and plant them on their left sides, but there is also a team banner flag already present behind their mats that is planted behind the groups and to their right. Here are two pics of Shii, in two different places: 
I think one is from the line up on the mats, perhaps Shii before challenge, and then one is during/mid challenge. I think the lower one is the prechallenge shot, notice Colby's arm resting on what is probably the flag that he just planted....this may be a scene of the prechallenge blow up, DRAMA SCENE. The top pic is of Shii during the challenge, IMO.
If you think the two pics of Colby and Lex comes at the end of the challenge, I'd say that they are in trouble. The fist that Lex is making looks like a "darn it" fist to me, and judging from Colby's look, I'd definately say that what they are witnessing is not a good thing. So the top pic of Shii, perhaps during the challenge, and the two pics of Colby and Lex, these are three pics that, IMHO, don't bode too well for Mogo Mogo.....but, as we know this still tells us nothing about the final outcome of the challenge. Judging from the sky and the placement of the tribes, and what they are wearing, I'd say that the DRAMA SCENE takes place right here, at the reward challenge...IMO, pre challenge, when they are all neatly lined up, and Jiffy starts asking them about what they think about whose missing from Mogo Mogo....

Thanks for bringing over the "Soo laying around" pics Vols. I too was wondering where they fit. Her second pic looks like she is in stress. Her neck muscles are all tensed out. I think she is referring to this whe she said she was spent.Oh, yeah, I think the Mogo guys look sad. Agree too that Soo's tirade came at this challenge, as everyone is wearing the same clothing. It would be soo easy to say there are no IC pics because Soo quit. We keep hearing over and over how tough this season is physically, which would affect everyone mentally too. Soo is pretty tough, maybe it was the unfiltered water she drank that at the beginning that lost her the edge.

Has anyone ever refused to participate in a challenge before? If so, what happens if they do? Are the disqualified? Does anyone know? Perhaps Sue feels she is too "spent" and "violated" from the incident with Hatch and chooses not to even go to the RC. Therefore, no pics of her involvement in the RC challenge and the pics of her laying on the beach could be while her tribe is at RC. Then the confrontation with JP at the IC and her explaining why she didn't go. Crazy I know....just a thought. *ST*

You will notice the necklaces. When they have them and when they do not. Do they get them when they compete? I do not know. I just see some clips with and without them. Sue is on the beach after she gets hers. No necklace here: 
I do believe with everyone crying it is the news of Jennas mom. This is a RC. Most clips have no necklace. Chapera wins this. This is where they get the necklaces. (I don't know why or did they make them?) Sue on the beach is after RC. I think that Sue goes off on several things including No necklace:

CBS told us her mother died eight days later. That would be Day 18. Richard went home on Day 15. The next IC is on Day 18. I don't think they know about Jenna's Mom yet.
... but my math sux. Somebody tell me I'm nuts.

Secondly, I think the Mogo's would feel maybe a little to blame, as Rich noted in his post boot interviews that it was the Mogo Mogo tribe that encouraged him to lose the pants for distraction purposes, which he willingly agreed too.

Here's a picture on top with Sue arriving for what I believe to be the Reward challenge. The middle picture is her starting to rant at Jiffy, and the third is in your face at Jiffy, at the same time. Notice how much lighter the sky is behind Jiffy, the sun must be behind him....and the sky is much darker blue on the other side behind the Survivors. These pictures, IMHO, all occured very close to each other: they are from the same challenge, what I believe to be the RC. I think we can all deduce that she indeed sits out this challenge for Chapera. Maybe she blows up at Jiffy, then goes back to Chapera and sulks more and more, becoming more solumn and despondent, and then makes some kind of decision, which she announces, or does not announce at IC. If all the rumors and speculation is to be believed, I'd bet she remains until the IC, quits, and that's it.

I have to think Sue is going to quit before the RC, right after she has this blow-up at Jeff.As I AM HE pointed out in Bungler's thread about the incident, they didn't have to show the Rich/Sue showdown at all. Similarly, they wouldn't have to show her yelling at Jeff either if the issue were going to subside and the challenge go on as planned -- whether she quits later or not. When have we *ever* seen a contestant put JP on the spot like this? It's not going to make CBS/SEG/MB/JP look very good to have someone accusing them of sitting back and letting sexual harassment occur (no matter whether you believe Sue is in the right or wrong). The only reason we are seeing this, imo, is because it *can't* be edited out: Sue is going to say her piece, and then walk off the set. Perhaps they postpone the RC until the next day, since everyone looks happier in the actual challenge caps.

In the top photo of the 3 that FlowerPower posted we see Sue lagging behind all the others, head down. I had been thinking about the possibility that Sue was selected to sit out RC from the get go. Thank you Flower for your perspective. I believe she does then go back to Chapera for her "beach lie down". Then either decides to just not go to IC, hence forfeiting her prize money, or shows up, goes off on Jiffy and then quits right before IC, threatenin law suit. Possibly due to a combination of the incident with Rich, but mostly due to the production staff giving alcohol to the tribe, Tom having had an episode with drinking on a previous Reward Challenge and they should have known better. That the Production Staff is no longer in control of the show. This combined with the harassing from mostly Tom and her tribe. I am also of the opinion that IC is still run and Chapera, now in equal numbers with Mogo, does not have to sit anyone out and have the benefit of a stronger tribe, not having to find someone to sit out IC because now they are without "that old hag" and the teams are at even numbers.
Chapera wins IC and we have Mogo going to TC to give us our first week with 2 members leaving. Thank you for allowing me to post, even if I am wet behind the ears.

Could it be that the outrage is not about the "bump and grind", but about how the production crew is not being responsible. It may be that Sue does not agree with the idea of adding outside elements (ie: liquor) to the mix, causing tension and making situations harder for the participants. (This is a complaint that has been coming out of the Real World and other similar types of reality TV) This could go along with how Richard expressed that this is a different game than when he first participated. This also could lead to the lawsuit possibility, because it is no longer the participants having to "outlast, outplay, outwit", but participants having to deal with made for TV scenarios. Just some thoughts. I just think that watching the game evolve, it has changed from the first to current form. As a previous survivor put it (can not remember who), the game is not set up for those that know how to survive, but for those that know how to deceive. Ready for the flames. a98c4fun

>the story line.Well, it is most probable that Sue's explosion is a major part of the story, but it is possible that it is just there to be entertaining, engaging, explosive, yadda yadda yadda TV. I'm beginning to think her real issue may be with Jeff himself for including her in the slap on the wrist: "Come on, guys (plural), no one's interested in that." Sue felt she did nothing wrong and Richard was the one who got out of line. But from Jeff's perspective, it's a game where acting like a jerk can be a good strategy, where inviting confrontation makes for good TV, just don't let it get in the way of a challenge. Sue can speak her piece but she won't alter Jeff's position in the game one iota.

First, thanks to someone above for focusing us on Vidcap analysis. As far as the one challenge we are shown, I agree that the shot of Lex and Colby looks like a Mogo disappointment, and if it is not at the end of the challenge, the body language makes me think it is near the end, because of the tension.I had Mogo picked to win in my mind, because of Ethan, Lex and Colby's athletic skills, but now I'm not sure, because of the vidcaps. But so many people on Chapera look so uncoordinated! It is hard to see how they could pull this one out. Or is it another case of the Robfather coming through in the clutch for his tribe?

Yes, independent thinkers are always good!I'm going to revise my opinion a little, since Elwood posted here that the radio spot is hyping a hot-button TC. When Jenna M decided to leave, Jiffy asked her if she could make it to TC, so I assume having a TC is still considered standard procedure if someone decides to leave. However, if Sue decided to quit before the RC, I don't think she'd want to wait around for them to do the challenge and have a TC later. So maybe they talk her down, so to speak, after her blow-up at Jeff, she sits out the RC, and they return to their camps. In the elapsing time Sue grows angry again and by the time of the scheduled IC she decides she's going to pack it in. I still think there won't be an IC because there are no challenge caps, but by that time Sue will have stuck around long enough that she agrees to go to tribal council to formalize her exit from the game. In that event they would probably leave in the RC blow-up at Jeff, since it leads up to the later events in the episode and at TC. Maybe.

If memory serves, being almost 52, early on there was a bottle of wine in the reward, I believe with the bedding. This is where we heard that Sue doesn't drink and Tom replys, that's the best thing I have heard from her (or something to that effect). Then they received the whiskey that was included in the locked box with the rice.
Giving that much alcohol to a tribe with Tom is going to add to Sue's outrage.

back to Sue and Richard? Here's my take on what probably happened - during reward Sue got "spent" as in all tuckered out - maybe said something before immunity challenge which got back to JP and she found out about that or else he brought it up in front of everyone and she tehn took a hissy fit before the immunity challenge. Necklaces were probably part of reward and are shown during the hissy fit pics.
