I see you got your answer from another but wanted to add:
She found her husband dead on the bathroom floor....they hadn't been married all that long..
Lori by far was the most in need of help.
When she found out she was going to graduate she freaked out and (to a point) reverted back to her old self.
They brought back Andy to help her through the process.
Last thing she did to heal was to let go of her wedding ring.
I am glad Lori was on the show the first half of the first season...any other time and she would have been a goner.
Lori by far was one of the more memorable houseguests and one of the ones that did the most with what she learnd without needing more than the 15mins of fame she got from being on the show.
Lori was what Starting Over started out to be. A show that actually helped and didn't (slowly) revert to gutter drama.
