Now, the question becomes, is that a buff that Kathy brought back from ASS or just a costume? Back in January, Snewser said, "The three tribes merged into two tribes on or before Day 13 (Nov. 15th) but we are unsure of the exact date. The two merged tribes were now the Red and Green Tribes and they either both merged on Mogo Mogo or one tribe on Mogo Mogo and another one on Chapera." Originally, Snewser was uncertain whether the Green and Red tribes were both on Mogo Mogo or if one was on Chapera. Now, obviously, we know they're on separate islands. Snewser also said that Saboga's color was Blue, and that "Merge camp was at Saboga and the merge colour is Yellow." I have no idea how possible it is that his "binocular people" simply reversed the colors in their report. --- UDG   Top

Mogo Mogo wasn't even sure if the drop was being made on their beach or not...   Top

Chapera and Mogo Mogo are very close proximatey to each other, which is why a drop from the sky could make them wonder if it was their beach or not. I've been struggling with trying to identify who might use these words. I could see Shi saying something like this (because she seems to like to use silly words?) but I wouldn't know why or how at this stage of the game. And Lex, for the same reasons. I might agree that RobM may say 'bamboozled', and I am leaning toward this as a possible indication that Amber is moved to an opposing tribe -- forcing him to form a new alliance. We have seen few obvious alliances this season. Rupert-Rudy didn't last. JennaL-Jerri appears to be one of convenience for now. Nothing on Mogo Mogo except Shi and JennaM, possibly. Which leaves us with only RobM-Amber? (Am I missing any?) If we follow the OFG Theory about alliances revealed ... hmmmm Now granted, this would blow the Sleek and CO spoilers out the window. But, with what we have been seeing about the 'bamboozled' thread on the other board, could it be possible?   Top

Do you think this could be challenge and one of the losers saying...I've been bamboozled --------------- I really think this idea has merit. Are there other bamboo based challenges we have seen in other seasons? How about very physical bamboo challenges? The title could simply be describing a challenge (or both challenges), and MB trying to be tricky by giving the title a double meaning. The person wouldn't have to say bamboozeled, but most people being voted off would feel that. Anyway Vols, I really think this may be it. Well, we've now seen the previews for the next episode that show the three tribes making rafts for an upcoming reward challenge. Speculation also centers on a tribal reshuffle, possibly as a result of the RC, and that could certainly be the bamboozling mentioned. I still like the idea of the recycled challenges though, but with a different twist. What if instead of recycling the season one challenge they just rerun the ASS episode 1 challenge but with the rafts the competitors construct. Now, constructing the biggest, strongest, most seaworthy raft might mean you are bamboozling yourself out of the IC. MB does like to mess with the survivors   Top

Sometimess they are titled what people say (some people have discussed here), sometimes he uses double meaning (also discussed here), and sometimes he uses actions. So, I have been thinking about a trend he maybe using this season. Here are the titles and why: Episode 1: They're Back...With my memory, I could be wrong and Jiffy may have said they're back in his intro but I am going to say that MB used this "they're back" just to describe the returning Survivors. Episode 2: Panicked, Desperate, Thirsty as hell!...Again, this particular line wasn't used by a player, it just describes actions. They were panicked, desperate, and thristy as hell. Episode 3: Shark Attack...I am sure that Richard or maybe one of this tribe mates actually said that Richard had been attacked by a shark. However, I say that this refers to the action not a specific quote. Episode 4: Wipe Out...After watching last night's show, I can say that I believe this was in reference to the actual act of Saboga being wiped out and not a specific quote. If MB is using a trend this season, in which I say he likes to do with his titles, I say this week's title I've Been Bamboozled will come from the action of the tribes being combined. I do believe that the merge of the three tribes will come from a challenge that they are going to call bamboozle...as MB did in Survivor I. ETA: I have come to the almost the same conclusion as Get Bent. I just included some analysis. Director of Public Relations for GAWKUR! Now watch me be completely wrong!   Top
