This is a promo for the Early Show, not for Episode 3. All the clips are old.
It looks like Jonny Fairplay and Sean Rector at least will be on the Early Show to offer pearls of wisdom. ETA: that might be Gervase, not Sean...

I can see why you would think something. I find the wording extremely strange

I saw the preview of this on our local CBS early news today. It flashed a picture of Jon, and then what appeared to be a long line of people of the beach, taken from overhead. I can't recall the exact words but it sounded like maybe ex-survivors would be on the show to paritcipate in a challenge. But, I may be completely wrong on how I interpreted it.

That seems to be the impression they are trying to give. But the beach challenge is last week's RC. The shots of Jon are from the F3 IC in S7.
