Colby and Lex arriving for the RC…
Mogo-Mogo arriving at the RC ( As Bungler pointed out in the vidcap thread, no one is carrying the dophin part of the idol to be returned, so this must be the RC).
Reward challenge consisting of 5 tribe members from each tribe (Chapera and Mogo Mogo each sit one person out?) swimming out to one of five ladder rungs.
They must return to the beach with the rung, assemble the ladder, and climb to the top of their structure?
This looks like the "ladder building" challenge that was described by one of the spoilers... (don’t remember if it was ChillOne , Sleek or Varner?) 
Ethan carrying one of the rungs out of the water.
Rob carrying out a rung for Chapera…
Amber cheering on those still in the water who had to swim out for the rungs tethered further out in the water. Notice some of the rungs already in place on the structure behind them.
Shii Ann dejected after losing the RC…still no fire? Notice the green banner in the background.
Jerri and Jenna L. dejected after losing a challenge. It's not clear if this is from the IC or RC, but if it's reward then by process of elimination Chapera appears to win...

This definately seems to be the RC.Since only 5 from each team will be participating we can deduce who the sit-outs will be.
All 5 Saboga along with Alicia, Amber, Rob6, Rob4 and Sue can be seen running into the water. No Tom.
Here Jenna is wearing a hat and her hair is dry.
She probably sat out.

However, I do not believe that Shii-Ann is mourning the loss just yet. The rungs go all the way up the sides of the structures. In the above picture of Shii-Ann there are no rungs seen behind her. Only the bottom of the symbol and the "O" in the title MogoMogo are seen.
Yet in this shot you can see MogoMogo has 3 rungs at this point.
And Shii-Ann's backside can be seen standing on the 2nd rung, helping place the 3rd (or waiting for the 4th) rung.
If you try to place her she would seem to be sitting on either the first rung or the large log on the bottom of the structure. My thought is that Shii-Ann is either just tired after retrieving the first rung and is getting comforted by Jenna6 or that Shii-Ann could not even get the first rung and is receiving condolences.
Either way MogoMogo are still in the game at this point. Similar thought with the Jerri and Jenna1 pic. yet no Rung/Banner comparison to tie it to.
For some reason Jerri looks happy-teary to me. Hugging. My thought is that these are meant to look like sad moments when indeed MogoMogo and Saboga win RC. That is if 2 teams win RC.

The contestants had to collect bamboo in the water, bring it to shore, and build some sort of a ladder on the beach.” Yep, a typical Survivor challenge. And those who do poorly in the first challenges usually don’t last long on the cast.

His info is a bit shaky, and he's not even sure if it was for Reward or Immunity, but he did predict the ladder challenge so it's possible what he heard is accurate...like I said elsewhere, ChillOne has some information, he's just not a spoiler.

In your cap Frisky, Shii's hair is different than in the second one posted above (no number). One is in two braids and one doesn't appear to be. Also, when Jenna arrives in the earlier pic, she isn't wearing or carrying a hat and she's wearing a stiff brimmed hat in the later picture - which couldn't be the floppy hat that Shii was wearing. I think we've got caps from multiple challenges.

No offense taken (unless you are a 76 year old man and in that case I challenge you to a swim If Rudy is so strong how could he be booted next over Ethan? I have looked at the vidcap until my eyes watered and still cannot see what jenna is resting her arm on. I had thought it was a piece of the ladder. I do see the leg and the hand and the white shirt- I agree that it is probaly sue. I thought tom at first because you see Jenna M and Shii ann together even though Jenna is not part of the challenge. If Rupert is as dehydrated as it seems he would be tired and sit down. I just thought he would be more of a team player and cheer the rest on. I did see a vidcap that showed Rupert with his hands thrown in the air like he was celebrating and Ethan and Rudy looked on with smiles. I think there was fire in the bottom left hand corner. This is where I get unsure...Chillone says definite Mongo Mongo win and there is the crate. But if Saboga has fire; did they win it or start there own? Maybe with Rudy's glasses as Tina talked about in her interview?
My mind changes every second...I keep playing devil's advocate to myself and second guessing... does it ever end? I have met one of the excutive producers at CBS ( my dad and him have an online buisness together and I swear if I had his address I would be on a plane begging him to put me out of my misery and just tell me!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hmmm... on second thought my dad does....do you think he would tell me?

Just a quick thought here that no one else has mentioned. It does look like Mogo Mogo is just finishing their 3rd rung. But it is clear that Saboga has alread put in and is somewhere on their 4th - maybe Amber's "hurry they are catching up" is for 2nd place not third.

This is definately pre-challenge - if you look at the first rung - it is across the black line under the words Mogo Mogo - in this picture you can see that black line clearly. They are sitting on the very bottom log.

Since MB seems so intent on making them suffer, I wonder what kind of rewards will be up for grabs?Doubt it's fire since the losing IC tribe didn;t take it back to camp from TC. He's gonna make them get it the old fashioned way. Food? Again, don't think so. Suffering and all... Probably some type of supplies - fishing gear and the like. We need to scrutinize the vid caps for any sight of something that shouldn't be there.

Take a look at that picture a little more closely, and I think you can tell it is a 'doctored' photo.
First, the angle of the sun in relation to the tarp and the girls seems different. Jenna and Shi Ann are sitting in harsh direct sunlight, however, the tarp, which is supposed to be directly behind them, is in a more shadowed light. Also, the tarp seems to be a different size in relation to the ladies. This could be because Jenna and Shi are sitting on the top rung of the ladder when they realize they lose, or it could be because the tarp wasn't there when the film was shot.
Third, if it is from the challenge, again, either Jenna and Shi are chillin on the top rung, or they are bummed they lost before the challenge started because other caps clearly show Shi Ann on the 3 step up the ladder.
Oh, and one more thought - it seems that under the word 'The' in the vid cap, SA's tummy is all blurred like she is moving, however the rest of her body is not blurred at all - what's up with that? I dunno, I just think this picture/clip is disinformation. ~ihavturtlduvluv

Ok based on this It looks like 5 rungs on the ladder 
Here we see that Jenna L has missed her lane (note the green rung and Rich? behind her). Based on the sound, Amber yelling "They're catching up" its clear Chapera is not last. Are they first? Both Mogo Mogo and Saboga have three rungs visible, if there are 5 total this may be a very close race indeed. -ICB

Here is why (IMHO of course)According to cap 10 all 5 survivors from each tribe swim out to each of the 5 rungs by themselves, yet start at the same time (so it isn't a relay). For Chapera all but Big Tom go into the water, so as speculated earlier, he sits out for red. We can confirm Sue in this challenge here: 
All 5 Sabogans are accounted for heading into the water in this cap as well. In caps posted on SurvivorFever we see that Shii Ann is first in the water followed by Richard whose body is obscuring either Jenna M or KO, then Lex, then Colby in the rear: 
KO really worked pregame on her swimming and water skills, this coupled with cap 25 lead me to agree with the poster who said Jenna M sits for Mogo Mogo. We can confirm Lex is in this challenge here: 
I believe that the shot of Shii Ann and Jenna M in cap 25 is after Shii has come back and placed the first rung, and she is just exhausted. Question 1: At what point can the others help the person who brings the rung piece in from the water?
I think it has to be when they drop it at the structure, otherwise why would Chapera and Saboga be standing near the structures and yelling/cheering, why wouldn't they be down by the water lending a hand? Plus, in cap 14 Shii looks like she is climbing in preparation to help someone place rung 4. Question 2: Why is Jenna L so far off course here: 
The rungs are not that close in proximatey to each other, yet we see her, no yellow rung, but Rich is about to get his rung. Jenna L must get back on track as she appears back on shore in the cheering photo:
So at this point I deduce that Mogo Mogo's first 3 rungs are retrieved by Shii, KO, Richard, with Lex and Colby hot on the heels. Saboga's 3 rungs showing are retrieved by Jerri, Jenna L, and Rupert (sitting in background of cap 14 exhausted) and Rudy who struggles with his piece and Ethan still out there. If Amber is saying "Come on they are catching up", that means they have 4 rungs placed (since why would they say catching up if they had 3 as well?), retrieved by Amber, Rob C, Alicia, Sue, which means she is yelling to Rob M. In the cap above of Lex, it looks like there is another rung beside him, so Colby must be close to him that they are coming in together. Chill One predicts that Mogo Mgog wins this challenge, plus we have this cap: 
Showing a lounging Jenna M back at camp with a crate in the shelter...the reward!

I agree, okj, I don't think there is a tarp on their roof.KOfan, that's a great analysis of the challenge sequence. According to Bungler's vidcap thread, Jenna is saying "C'mon Rudy!" in the cap where she is in the water near Rich. I think what may be happening there is that Rich is already in the process of bringing back his rung and has crashed into Jenna, who is still swimming out to her rung, while exhorting Rudy, who is swimming behind her. I would expect Rudy to be designated for one of the closer rungs, with Ethan and Rupert getting the farthest two. So I think the person sitting down on whose shoulder Jenna's hand is resting is probably Rudy, and they are still waiting for Ethan and Rupert. With RCs, I have a feeling both losing tribes will come away with zippo -- in which case it doesn't really matter whether Chapera places second or third, but I do suspect they lose.
