"I asked Jodi to go with me to see the apt because I trust Jodi & I know she is business savy and she really thinks of all the right questions to ask. She’s 38 yrs old. Now I'm responbible. OMG is she kidding! Looking at one an apartment makes her a responsible person now?? Iyanla was right in telling her that she was intelligent, pretty and had a lot going for her, until she opens her mouth. This CHILD just isn't getting it.
