I agree with you and Snowflake. Even Antonia said in confessional "Other than that (their dad's serving time) our similarities are few and far between" (or something like that).
I have to admit though,while I didn't find it funny she broke her tooth, I did laugh because her first impulse was "I gotta' call my mom". Antonia hasn't learned thing one or changed a bit since she's been in the SO house, so trying to push her into a relationship with an absentee father is MORE than premature.
Antonia is still all about Antonia, and until that changes she isn't going to be open to any other point of view.
BUT I'm with you on the crying thing Snowflake. Geez that crap gets old.
