This posted today, SF.net seems pretty certain that these are 20 survivors in Panama.
I posted in S7 spoilers and it was suggested that I post this here. Hope it is alright to start a new topic with this new information.

Sandra My guess would be for Amber and Ken to be alternates. I mean S2 has 5 contestants. How fair is that?? One interesting connection that I am aware of, is Jenna L and Ethan competed in eco-challenge (MB produced) on the same team. On a personal note, VERY happy to see Shii Ann and Kathy included, and Ken for some eye candy. But disappointed in Amber (would rather have seen Kelly Goldsmith) and Rob M (would have like John C or even Sean from S4).

The first thing that jumps out at me is the number of Final Four participants. 3 from S1, 2 from S2, 3 from S3, 1 from S4, 0 from S5, 2 from S6, ?? from S7. That's at least 11 of the 20, which makes me wonder about the S5 participants. I know Brian has been incognito since he won, but Clay's been yapping away about how he's going. I would imagine it would be a bit much for batty Jan, but I'd think Helen would do it again. Maybe MB's just trying to forget that debacle. Still, I'd think he'd want at least 1 representative from the tribe that actually won the thing...and pretty handily. It also makes me think that maybe Rupert and Sandra wind up F4. Based on the pattern it wouldn't be that much of a stretch.The second thing is...Amber?? Ken?? Really?? I guess he's just trying to increase the eye candy since most of the more successful players weren't so drool-worthy. I have to believe that at least one of them would be going as an alternate, though.  Fester

Wow. I really like this list.I think that some contestants could redeem their bad wraps on this edition. I'd really like to see if Amber changed a little. They'll probably have to switch up the alliances too, and not put the same people in the same tribes. Richard/Rudy/Sue would probably be placed in different groups. Colby/Tina would have to be separated too. As well as Amber/Jerri. All S3 peeps would need to be separated as well. The casting should be VERY interesting...

I can't believe five S2 folks were taken and four were women... and I can't believe that Varner didn't make it -- put him in one tribe, Rob C in the other, and just roll film for 39 days... And come on, I know Burnett hates her, but Kelly Goldsmith deserved to be in there someplace -- but hey, nothing spells e-n-t-e-r-t-a-i-n-m-e-n-t like another thirteen episodes of Hee-Haw Tom getting drunk. -SB

Interesting list. Since I didn't watch S3-S6, I don't care a whit about any of those people, but Amber? C'mon, that's a ludicrous choice. I guess Burnett needs at least one sheep every season, but isn't there someone a little more interesting?I know some people are bumming that their faves didn't make the All Star show, but consider this: 1. They need to make good television.
2. They need to be interested.
3. They need to be available. I know Rudy, Sue and Richard fit all three criteria, I don't know about Jenna. Richard has been confirmed by Snewser. Colby, Tina, Jerri and Amber would all fit the bill, not sure about Alicia. I guess she liked being on the show and was fun to watch, not sure about her availability/flexibility. Rupert and Sandra - j'yah, they love the show, make for entertaining TV and clearly don't have careers to keep on track (as opposed to, say, Andrew). It'll be very interesting to see how things play out. I just know Rich, Tina and Colby will all be worried that they're going to booted right away. -P

Umm I think we're all missing the most important woman from S2, Mad Dog!!! Jesus I really hope this list is ammended b/c it sure does suck! Sometimes I think the producers TRY to put in some of the most uninteresting people on purpose just to piss us off ( Amber, Ethan, Ken ). And then they throw in the crankiest, backwards, old farts they could come up with ( Sue, Rudy). I'm depressed. I really am hoping and praying that this list was a joke.

I am one of AMBERS biggest fans and am so happy she is on the show but i am so disopointed to not see Gretchen and Kelly G both of them should have had a longer game and should be back in an all star.
* Maybe CBS will start having BB/AR/Survivor challenges like the MTV's RW RR challenge
