I was glancing through next week's TV Guide and noticed that here in Phoenix Global Extremes: Mt Everest will start airing on my local ABC affiliate on Saturday, 4/12 at 3:00 pm. I don't know if it is just local or is coming from the network. Those of you who expressed interest but didn't have OLN may want to check out if it's coming in your area. 1. "ABC Wide World of Sports"

Looks like this is network as part of Wide World of Sports. Saturday was the first 2 months: Moab and Rocky Mountains. Then each week will be the summary of what took a month on OLN. Next week Kalahari, then Costa Rica, then Iceland which is showing on OLN now. And as was pointed out in another thread, the OLN production is so bad that condensing 4 hours into one (or 8 into one for last weekend) doesn't lose much. Cutting down the references to the Toyota 4runner saved an hour by itself.
My guess is the climb to Everest will also be covered by ABC.
