Morning after TC: Christa and Sandra realized they REALLY messed up by not booting Burton last night. Jon promised that B&J would take C&S to the final four. Jon laughs off that promise in confessional, and Christa's pretty sure that he's lying. Sandra tries to recruit Darrah, knowing they need her to get ahead in the game. S wants the guys gone (first B then J). Darrah (in confessional) knows she's the swing vote and decides to wait and figure out what her best option is. Burton kills another stingray as the "Jaws" music plays, and the girls swoon (ick.) Sea mail presages the RC.

RC:Water Obstacle course in teams of three. The first has to cross a balance beam and untie paddles, and get a second member. They have to bring up barrels and untie a third paddle. Get the third member and swim to a boat. Then paddle back to the starting point. Winners get a spa trip and their bathing suits (and it only took 31 days!). They draw coins for positions. Teams: Sandra first person, Chista second, Burton third. They're screwed.
Darrah first, Lil second, Jon third. Darrah is out in front first after Sandra takes a faceplant.
Darrah gets to Lil first, while Sandra work to untie the paddles. And darrah loses her top: cue the pixellated chest! Burton looks disgusted at how bad Sandra is. Darrah unties the barrels while Lil gets the paddle. Sandra STILL hasn't gotten the first two paddles. But J, D and L can't push their boat. Ha! The girls are catching up (thanks to Christa). But J, D and L are almost done by the time Burton gets in the water and Fairplay, Silent and Granny win reward. This should be fun.

Maybe I should book it for Spring Break. The three look at how thin they are in the mirrors and are aghast, and DARRAH CONTINUES TO SPEAK! J and L plot to tell Darrah that they will make her top three in order to get her on their side. Or rather, Jon plots and Lil plans to be quiet. Good plan. They get massages and Darrah says she feels sorry for Burton. Ha! Back at camp, and C and S continue to grill Burton about Jon's promise for the Final Four, and Burton is getting annoyed. He isn't sure what to say because he doesn't know what Jon has told them recently. Sandra says that she doesn't trust Burton, but he should owe them because they saved him last time (umm...Sandra? Anyone home?) Burton says that you don't know what alliances are until you vote for Tribal Council. Christa talks about not trying to make 'best friends'...foreshadowing for a C and S fight? Back at reward, they find silk pajamas and they order dinner. Lil says she almost forgotten how to read. Ha! Jon orders everything for them, and they LIKE it. Oh. My. God. Jon actually knows a lot about food, surprisingly. Lil tells Jon that C and S wanted the boys gone. He is NOT happy. He tells them that Christa MADE him promise on his grandmother, and they're horrified. He tells them that one of her last wishes was that he won the million. Jon starts making fun of Lil, and she throws a tantrum. But she does recognize that maybe he's trying to separate himself from her. Back at camp, Christa tells Burton that after RC Darrah could be a challenge threat and should go sooner rather than later. Christa agrees to vote out Sandra if necessary. Tsk, tsk, tsk. She says that Sandra could last for a while in an endurance challenge. Burton wants to keep Christa around in case Jon goes squirrely, since he thinks he can beat her. Christa says stabbing Sandra in the back isn't personal, its just how you play the game and get ahead. Whew!

The Reward three get breakfast laid out for them, and Jon sees it as another advantage. Jon plots with Darrah to go to the final 2 together. Darrah says she won't say anything else about it. Wouldn't be the first time. (Though she's getting a TON of air time this week.)They come back to camp, and Sandra wants to know everything, and Jon obliges. Lil wanted to play it down (which is actually smart...gasp!). Jon and Burton go off to talk strategy, and Jon tells him that he promised final two to both women. Burton likes it, and thinks they won't break. J wants to boot Christa, but Burton doesn't think it's a good idea anymore. Jon seems a little worried that Burton will waver, but doesn't say anything. Night: everyone looks pensive and Lil and Burton can't sleep. Here's our preview scene, peeps! Lil asks B if they're still together, and Burton (STUPID!) says he's not thinking about that now. Lil thinks B is gonna screw her, and Burton tries to smooth thing over. Lil promises not to screw B over. Burton promised to Lil he would never lie to her, but he never actually promised her final two. She says the only thing to save her at the end is to win immunity, and that could justify her turning on him. FORESHADOWING! Could it BE any more blatant?

Christa is asked whether she's lied, and she admits she has even though she told herself she would rather be silent. Sandra says she would not want to go against Lil in the final two: everyone loves her, and it would be suicidal. JP asks Lil if she is worried about that. She says the jury should vote on strategy, not on niceness Christa admits that she's rubbed some people the wrong way, but thinks that could be a reason why she might survive tonights vote. JP asks if everyone trusts their alliances, and everyone says yes. (well DUH!) Jiffy mocks them subtly for this, and Darrah keeps immunity. Voting:

Have we been too quick to assume Darrah beats Lil in the finals? Everyone at TC seemed to suggest Lil would be the toughest to beat and everyone loves Lil. Also, Jon and Darrah at the RC said neither one thought they could beat Lil in finals (perhaps foreshowing Darrah beating her--or losing to her, either way it works). We can be pretty sure Darrah gets 2 votes (Ryno and T), but does Lil get the rest?

Yes! They need subtitles at times. They have loud music and loud ocean noises, etc. It is especially bad when the person has their back to the camera and you can't see their mouth when they talk.
