Ususally...
6 are voted off, and then the tribes merge.
The first person voted off after the merge is usually not a member of the jury.
Keep in mind...this is usually.
S1, S2, S3, S4, S6, I believe...correct me if I'm totally wrong.
S5-Thailand involved a fake merge.
