You're kidding right? I don't read People magazine but isn't half their stories about stars, musician and actors complaining about others?
Some I know: Ian Gillan of Deep Purple fame touring solo, when asked if he'd ever work with Ritchie Blackmore again answered: "Ritchie had a very controlling father and now he's become the control freak. I can't work like that."
Going way back to a little known feud: Mick Jagger when asked about progressive rock said it wasn't rock music, that if you wanted theatrics and you couldn't go to the theatre then go see Genesis, if you want rock music come and see the Stones. To get back at him, when Gabriel wrote "The Battle of Epping Forest" a song about city gang wars, he included a Mick-the-prick character. There was also a dig at Bob Dylan in there but I can't remember what it was about.
Those are just 2 examples of public slamming by musicians and by singers I like. There are millions more that I don't care to remember. Dilana's words were insignificant really unless you want to bash her. Lukas gave it the appropriate response and SN didn't comment. They have their criterias to make a decision, Dave has a show to run and found an interesting angle. That's all it was.
