I was taking a gander at ss.com this afternoon and I read in news that Gervase, Jeff, and Stacey screwed up earlier this week and told the sex of the winner. Can someone fill me in?

I know Gretchen found out
inadvertently,but how
was Stacey informed??If
Jeff supposedly mentioned
the gender through exact
pronoun description,maybe
we should surmise that
the winner could be the
opposite sex.I don't see
Jeff making this slip of
the tongue.Another MB

The story is that supposedly they have all made slips in the past several days that say "I've very happy for him" or such.
From the RudyReigns site: "Gervase was just on with Don & Mike (8/16) (nationally syndicated "shock jock" type show). Don & Mike asked Gervase what he thought of the winner - did he like the person, hate the person, etc? Gervase said "I'm very happy for HIM". Don & Mike immediately picked up on it and Gervase tried to play it off - poorly I may add - saying that he referred
to girls as guys, too. It's just the way he is."
...and the the mania got feed with the rumors that CBS has cancelled all Survivor appearances until after the show airs.
Frankly, we're wondering if this is another red herring from those sneaky folks @ CBS.

Oh, and we also forgot to mention that the RudyReigns site claims that "Stacey and Jenna were to appear on the 8/17 Bay Area's Evening Magazine, but they 'couldn't make it.'"
...however we haven't found any other press links indicating such

CBS is very sneaky. In the next few days I don't think I'm going to believe anything I hear. All bets are off. To find out the winner, as of now, the best thing we can do is tune in Wednesday. The only "Big Evidence" That has turned up has all turned out to be false. The winner is anyone's guess. Sighh.... It IS very interesting that CBS cancelled all of those interviews though.
The Gervase thing could really go either way. It could have been a genuine slip up, he could have just "referred to a girl as a guy". Or, MB told him to throw something out like that? Maybe the winner is a girl? Who knows. Too many possibilities and nothing can be derived from them at this point. Sigh...
