"The mandatory 'dear gawds it's cold..."
Today's wind-chill RealFeelTm low: -5F. Tomorrow: about the same, except windier. Number of layers I had to wear outside today: way too many. Joint motion lost at shoulders and elbows: most of it. Expected duration of cold snap: through Sunday. Stuff I left in the car: significant. Chance I'm going back for it tonight: none. Additional insult: my thermostat needs servicing. I have heat, but I have to turn it up to over 75 before anything kicks in.
