Actually, speaking as what used to be called a "liberal Republican" and is now called a "moderate Republican" (because the meaning of "liberal" has changed), I think both groups are close to extinct.
Frankly, I'm hoping that Romney can spark a comeback for moderate Republicans, even if he has speak conservative to get the chance. As I've mentioned before, Lincoln did it.
As far as Barack Obama allowing you to speak, I thought you would have realized by now that he allows everyone to speak but doesn't listen to anyone.
