PLEASE NOTE: The Reality TV World Message Boards are filled with desperate
attention-seekers pretending to be one big happy PG/PG13-rated family. Don't
be fooled. Trying to get everyone to agree with you is like herding cats,
but intolerance for other viewpoints is NOT welcome and respect for other
posters IS required at all times. Jump in and play, and you'll soon find out
how easy it is to fit in, but save your drama for your mama. All members are
encouraged to read the
complete guidelines.
As entertainment critic Roger
Ebert once said, "If you disagree with something I write, tell me so, argue
with me, correct me--but don't tell me to shut up. That's not the American way."
I want someone to volunteer to take my mother shopping some Saturday so that I can go by myself. Every Sat I take her grocery shopping; it's sorta like taking a 3 year old who goes off with her own cart and has her own money & puts a lot of stuff in her cart that she doesn't need or will not eat. And when we get home, I wash & roll her hair. And on Sunday morning, I call to wake her & then go up to help her get ready for church. And I fix her medications for the week; and I call her every night to tell her to take her meds.
I'd like a day to go off by myself - like I used to do when I lived in FL.
It's a very selfish want. I should cherish every minute I have with her.
I really shouldn't post this, even her. I may erase it later.
