Yes, I've noticed, because my 3-1/2 year old daughter imitates it!
>Okay, in this episode,
>at one point, Bubbles is flying around Townsville, shrieking
>at the top of her voice about how you can't live in a world

>PARK IN FRONT OF A FIRE HYDRANT!!!!!" and throws the car!!!
True story: my 5-year-old went on her first outing last month with another family (to see a play being presented by a local university's "early childhood education" program). The mom of this family parked in front of a fire hydrant, because they were close to being late and it was on a weekend. My daughter insisted on telling the mom that her daddy had told her that you never park in front of fire hydrants because the police might tow your car. The mom replied that they were in a hurry, and the car would probably be OK. My daughter didn't give up and said that not only wouldn't her daddy park there, but Bubbles would know better too!
Anyway, they went in to the play, and when they came out ... the car had been towed. My daughter pointed out several more times (on their way to get the car from the impound lot) that she had told them not to park there. (I'm still torn between laughing and cringing when I tell this story.)
