"A LOOKBACK AT KEN'S COMMENTS "
In one of Ken's interviews, he commented that he knew what Brian's profession was, and that he kept it to himself because he wouldn't take away anyone's chances for a million dollars (or something to that effect).

After hearing what Helen had to say about Brian to her husband last night, it's obvious that she feels he is a stand up guy, with plenty of integrity. It also appears that the majority of his teams feels that way about him.

I think this could be a good indicator that Helen makes the jury, and that Brian is one of the final two. Obviously Helen has been a swing vote most of the time, and it must be pretty apparent to everyone how Helen feels about Brian. So Ken makes the decision not to tell Helen (and the rest of the tribe) about what Brian really does.

Granted, this could have happened during the six or so days they were together on Chewie Beach, but if Helen (or for that matter, anyone) didn't have to cast a vote either for or against Brian, I don't think Ken would have given it a second thought and probably not made a comment. PornoBrian's past wouldn't have been an issue.

Also, I think Helen and her husband's comments were a preview of things to come. He feels she's giving the money away, by not taking out what he thought was her biggest threat.

I think Jan goes next, unfortunately Helen follows, leaving Ted/Brian/Clay as F3. Brian should win immunity over Ted and Clay in a physical challenge, and Brian chooses Clay since he has managed to alienate a tribe member or two, giving Brian the votes he wants.

Clay's bankrupt. 2nd place gets an okay sum of money. He'd love the million, but won't complain about what he gets.

Or it could be something completely different.

1. "RE: A LOOKBACK AT KEN'S COMMENTS "
Here are quotes from both Penny and Ken as to who their vote for winner will be

Penny quote #1

Penny: Ultimately, my decision is going to be based on how I was treated on the island by the final two that are left. Brian winning two RC's in a row tells me that he is tough competition, and if you are getting rid of the strong and keeping the weak, my strategy would be to vote him off.

Penny quote #2

Q: So how do you make a choice as the rest of the shows play out, what will you be watching for to make a decision?

PR: Well for me personally, it's gonna be: Who are the final 2, and how did they influence my position out there for those 30 days, you know, how did they treat me? And I think that's gonna be a big... (stumbling, she's being careful)...possibility...on how I make my vote.

Ken quote

KEN: AS A JURY MEMBER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO REALIZE THE POWER THAT YOU HAVE OVER THE GAME’S OUT COME. THE THING THAT I WOULD TAKE INTO ACCOUNT IS NOT WHAT SOMEONE HAS BUT HOW THEY PRESENT THEMSELVES. IN THIS GAME IT IS YOUR ACTIONS THAT WILL EITHER HELP YOU OR HURT YOU.

This tells me that the final questions have nothing to do with who they vote for to win. It is the person that they like the best out there that they vote for.

Another quote from Penny (below), makes me believe that SJ votes as a block for the winner.

RTVF: Now that SJ's on the jury, how will you determine who to vote for in the end?

Penny: We now have the power to decide the ultimate Survivor.

If the final two are Brian and Clay and SJ makes up 4 out of the 7 jury votes, then I believe all we have to do is try and figure out who treated SJ the best and we have our winner.

I doubt that Ken ever really thought about outing Brian's past to anyone, either while in the game or while on the jury. Brian didn't straight-out tell him anything, Ken only had a strong suspicion based on the fact that Brian knew certain people. He said he "wasn't surprised" that Brian had starred in those movies, so he only found out for sure when it was revealed in the media.

I think Ken's comment was more him thinking about it in hindsight, i.e. if he had considered using his suspicions against Brian, he would have decided not to.
