Episode Spoilers
A big surprise…and another. Ooooo, the suspense! The mystery!! So what are the big surprises? For some great speculation check out Zzz’s thread Episode 11 a big surprise...and another where it is speculated that perhaps Jake the Snake wins IC (surprise #1) and the remaining tribe members form a coupe to oust Brian. Samboohoo theorizes that this could be referring to the RC where the tribe members are surprised by a visit from someone back home (*sniffles* I’m getting all phlekempt just thinking about it) and there is mention that we may be treated to another version of Survivor: Me, My Mom and a Night in the Outback.
That brings us Episode 11 Video Caps posted by spoiler extraordinaire Krautboy!!! (take a bow Krautboy). In the video caps we are shown images from the previous episode’s tribal council, pictures from what we are assuming is the GROSS FOOD CHALLENGE, and possibly the IC relay race as pointed out by our beloved Bungler, King of the Video Clips. Challenges are elaborated upon below.

Alliances
We need to take a step back and look at a thread started by mindella27 called Chewy Alliances Revealed
We’ve got some incredible theories by Bebo, munson, and ulalame on whether or not Jake will be voted out in a traditional Pagong or will the target be Brian or Clay. Guess It Rains concisely lays out what could very well be the end game.
Krautboy, Big Idiot, Brown Roach and many others have given solid reasoning for various end game scenarios.
The ShakesTheClown Alliance Theory states that MB will not reveal true alliances until absolutely necessary. Guess It Rains applies the theory here in his is there a Jan/Ted alliance?
In this thread frisky, survivormitsx, and Big Idiot create a graph that detail dominant and lesser alliances. There is much evidence given here that point to Ted being aligned with Jan, even more evidence to support this can be found on TDT prediction that I linked above.
Reward Challenge
