Today, in front of room packed with reporters from around the world, Shakes Burnett revealed several key details for this season's much anticipated Shakesvivor. Included in the announcement was the identity of the show's host, the location of Shakesvivor, the theme of the show, the tribe names and which cast members are in which tribe.

Regarding the identity of the host, Shakes stated, "Although it has long been speculated in the media, I am here to confirm that yes, AyaK will be the host of Shakesvivor. After an exhaustive search it was determined that Shakesvivor needed a host who was intelligent, yet easy going and friendly, yet not afraid to ask the tough questions at Tribal Councils. AyaK fits the bill perfectly. Also, although the host is a very important part of the show let's not forget who the stars are....the 16 people signed up to participate...and AyaK has a firm understanding of that fact."

When asked about the location and theme of Shakesvivor, Shakes responded, "Its no secret that this show is modeled to some degree after that "other" show on CBS, so we have decided to film the show on the same location as both installments of Survivor, a sound stage in Los Angeles. But, since we couldn't decide whether we liked the Borneo version or the Australian version better, we have decided to combine elements of both! Shakesvivor will appear as if it takes place on an island in the South China Sea, and yet there will be kangaroos! And no, we won't be leaving out the 3 F's that are key to all quality survival game shows, Flood, Fire, and Famine!"

Shakes then released the names of the two tribes as well as which contestants will be in which tribe.

Before leaving, Shakes did add a few more comments....

"I just want to add one thing. It has come to my attention that a certain individual has been running around the boards posting "spoilers" claiming to be one of my employees. First of all, I have NO IDEA who this Not Shakes character is, but i can tell you one thing for sure, he/she most definitely does not work for me, never has worked for me, and never will work for me. Also, the fact that he was able to make a lucky guess regarding the tribe affiliation was just that, a LUCKY GUESS. Further, his/her post was soooo vague for all we know that list was meant to be a boot order and NOT tribe affiliation. All I am saying is that you should not believe a word this person says cause its all bullshit!"
