Uhhh with all the twists and what not Why not have a Jury of 5 choosing the fate of the Final 2? This would Shake them up... And keep them as tribes a little longer.. Nothing is set in stone.. this factor should'nt be as well. Just a thought, your comments?? And then there were none....

I'm not exactly sure what you're trying to say here, but Probst told them at the last TC that after that nights vote that that each of them would be around until the end, whether it be on the jury or still in the game.
That means that each boot from now on is on the jury. 9 jurors, not 5.

--has yet to serve on jury duty since no prosecutors will pick a legal secretary for a criminal defense attorney
