Does anyone think that Jim comes from $$$$
According to his bio, Jim is from "The Main Line" of Philadelphia, long associated with fabulously wealthy families. Little doubt then that Jim and (trustfund) Bethenny are comfortable in their friendship of entitlement.
I hear that when you're wealthy, acting nuts is widely romanticized as"eccentric" behavior.
