I would want Jim on my team. As long as you are a good project manager and can control him, he is a great weapon to have. Jim does great as long as he doesn't feel like he has nothing to lose. When he is backed into a corner, I believe he would do anything to get out of it.
Also he seems to be great in the boardroom. Stays calm and constantly and consistantly attacks and defends. I would much rather have him as a friend than a foe. If you have Jim defending for you, you will not go home.
