True, after a certain number of years financial records are cleared but the lingering affect of the emotional part is *forever*! This I know because one relative and two of my friends filed years ago and they still talk about it to this day as being one of the worse and most regrettable events in their lives! There ARE other ways to clear debt and besides, the laws have changed and these days, not so easy to wipe the slate clean.
Outrageous!
gawd!! I'm beginning to wonder if Iyanla didn't change her name from Rhonda Harris to VanZant because of her own money problems!!
