IT'S ALMOST MARCH! ...time for MADNESS!!! Who wants to play?

Here's how it works: Once the brackets are announced on selection Sunday (3/13), teams will be randomly selected from some random hat or bowl that I have lying around the house... unless I can remember what that random bracket generator thing was I used last year (I have a new computer, so don't have all my old bookmarks).

The first 64 people (please! we haven't had 64 for years!) to sign up here are in the tournament. If we only get 32, each peep will have 2 teams. If we only get 16, each peep will get 4 teams. ...and so on. If you get multiple teams, they will be from opposite sides of the bracket. Sometimes we get an odd amount of peeps and then some teams may have to shared. All will be determined by how many participants there are.

I will post a new thresd by Tuesday 3/15 with your team assignments! (Games begin Thursday 3/17) Once your team/s is/are selected, all you have to do is sit back and hope they cover the spread (if they are the favorite) or hope the opposing team doesn't (if they are the underdog). That's it! It's so super easy!!!

Some housekeeping...

I will use the spreads from Yahoo! and will post the spread each day before the games start.

If there is a tie (and this happens more than you think) then the two people will share the team until they lose or win the championship.

Whoever gets the Tuesday play-in games (there are 4 this year) will get the winner of that game.
