Y'know the real potential winner here? Hockey. With the NBA scheduled to go lockout as soon as the Finals or draft wrap up (pick your favorite), a worst-case scenario for the two battling leagues leaves puck slapping as the last major winter sport. Guess who's getting the headlines? The ticket sales from a sports-desperate public? Possibly even a better TV contract? (Okay, that last may be pipe dreaming.)
I wonder if any of the players are thinking Federal League?
