I feel like I should be able to muster some surprise or disgust at Brandon getting the boot, because I really do think that he has a lovely voice, and that he can out-sing some other people in this competition. But I can't. He really never found the song that served him well. He didn't do well last night, and it was enough to seal his fate. Too bad, really, but he has had several chances and was jut consistently disappointing. For me, I expected more from Brandon and didn't get it (as opposed to not expecting from Sanjaya, and getting what I expected.) Poor Brandon. No swan song, even. Still, I'm not all that surprised, or sorry, to see him go. Better luck somewhere else, Brandon.   Top
