Funny isn't it, you can get Belly of Pork in any butcher or supermarket here (although some are now calling it "streaky rashers") however ribs have only been generally available for a couple of years.
Cheeks, no they are not commonly available, although for about a month our "bottom of the middle of the range" supermarket did have a braised ox cheek ready meal, however I guess there wasn't the demand for it.
