Let them live in hope that our deepest desires that they will bump extra guys to avenge us for Tuesday night will be reality until the merciless AI Gods evenly distribute their vengeance equally between the genders. I bet they've been scared into bringing a whole lot more next week. I hope anyway. Even so, there are still alot more voices on the women's side. The guys (Paul & Rudy) I can live with, as neither had enough to make the Top 6 this year. I had hopes for Paul, but he blew it with his song choice. Rudy had a good voice, but nothing distinctive in looks or sound to make an impact. It grates on my nerves that "The Head" is still in it after sucking during Hollywood week & a dreadful performance Tuesday. Why do voters make us suffer every year like this? I am much more disgusted with the girls. Alaina & Antonella should have been booted so none of us had to be tortured again listening to their tone-deaf singing. Neither deserved to make the top 24. Amy wasn't going to last long because she is very forgettable, so I wasn't upset with her boot. Nicole, however, has a GREAT voice and her boot is just wrong. I agree the song she chose didn't seem to fit her, but she sang it really well & showed a lot of her range. I was impressed. I also thought her audition was great and the short clip I saw of her in Hollywood was great. If only she got more air time, she would have made it farther and, IMO, should have been in the top 6 girls. Instead, we know Antonella is probably going to be in the top six girls, which is an insult to the talented girls who didn't make the cut. Marissa is probably throwing darts & drawing nasty things on some of the many pix of Antonella floating on the net. One nation, under Romber...   Top

Antonella should have been gone and not Nicole. Nicole was my girl, and I was very upset to see her go. She can sing, she can perform, and she looks great. She has everything it takes to be the AI, unlike Lakisha, who only has the voice. I would rather watch Antonella sing than Lakisha any day of the week, but she is the worst singer of the group and should have been gone. I shouldn't even address the men. I am tee'd off to Chris Doughtry heights. I thought Paul and Rudy both brought something original, unique, to the competition, and Rudy was the best pure performer except for maybe Blake. Sundance is terrible and should have been gone, and between AJ, Nick, and Jared, they all sounded the same to me. I don't see any originality in any of them. I think Paul didn't get the votes because he didn't wear shoes. Some people just couldn't seem to get past that, and I have no clue why Rudy didn't get them. That was a disaster as far as I am concerned.   Top
