Does anyone else remember that "Us" Magazine Survivor issue? It was discussed here a few times, looking for spoilers. My recollection is that one of the cover features was Kelly with the caption "Kelly's got a secret". Turns out the secret was a pierced belly button! If that is the case, that question in the FC was wrong - and it made the difference in giving MK the IC! I think I got rid of that magazine, but I'll look around for it. Anyone still have it, or remember this too? Am I crazy? (OK, don't answer that  )

Hey, I knew we had that magazine in the lunch room at work.Anyhow, it says: ...Goldsmith, whose father is, Marshall, is a management consultant, and whose mother, Lyda, is a homemaker, is no goody-goody. When she was 15, she got her navel pierced, to the chagrin of her father, who said, "I reacted with something less than wild enthusiasm." It goes on with some other stuff. Maybe she took it out?? I don't know about navel piercing, but I know that nipple piercings do close up fast if you don't keep something in them. If that's the case, the IC win is still valid. Besides, what about the Samboohoo IC win with the puzzle?! EPM isn't going to change to rules if he asked a question with a certain understanding based on info provided by contestants. It's Kelly's fault for lying (if that was the case, and I don't think it is), and everyone believed her and cast their FC vote accordingly.

Navel piercings also close up in a heartbeat if you don't keep something in them. Plus, the waistband of shorts and pants rub up against them, so unless you wear hip-huggers all the time, it's pretty uncomfortable. I know many people who got them, and only one person who kept it. Plus, I'd guess if she got one at 15, that's not a very disciplined age to take care of it, make sure something's always in it to keep from closing, have the patience to not let it close 'cos it's chafing, etc. So, if that's the case, and she let it close, technically, she would have no piercings.****************************************

Kelly may have had her bellybutton pierced but it isn't pierced anymore. During the SOS challenge where Kim was in her thong and kelly was in a bikini you can see there belly buttons quite well and there is nothing in kellys bellybutton that I could see.
