Wow, has another whole week gone by already? ...wow, these holidays cause us to lose all track of time. Ah well, time to make some more "predictions" (we've begun to use that term very loosely)

Apparently, SOMETHING a bit unusual is going to happen at tribal council this week. Do FRANK and BRANDON get into a KNOCK-OUT, DRAG-OUT fight over wanting the same jury seat? ...maybe, but doubtful (come on, does anyone really think Brandon would last long enough to make it a drag-out fight? ...didn't think so.)

Anyways, with jury-fights eliminated as a possibility, that means something must happen that's related to the actual VOTES. This week's tough choices are between KIMP and LEX, and both have good agruments (see here for some good explanations of those arguments.)

Many folks believe that the Boran Four are "unbreakable" They may be, but the idea of a KIMP ouster by a united Boran Four just doesn't sound very "knock-down" or "drag-out." Yes, KimP *DID* receive quite a bit of face time last week, but after Brandon's ouster, some of that was certainly required. ...and as far as a significant portion of the REST of her "face time" -- well, let's just say that it didn't seem to be exactly focused on her FACE. Therefore, we'te unconvinced that with only 7 remaining survivors that her "face-o-meter" reading is as accurate an indicator as in previous weeks.

As far as Lex goes, he quickly seems to be becoming "the man that trusted his gut too much." Will his Boran allies decide it's finally time to "cut the cord" with him? (a la Jerri's ouster in S2) ...or will they keep him to the end, "with no regrets?" OR will "the women" ally against "the men" and also decide to target Lex due to his previous votes? And if either occurs, might Lex "feel it in his gut" and stage some last-ditch counter-ouster iniative?

No matter which idea you support, there seem to be more possibilities regarding the chain of events that might lead to a LEX ouster than toward a KIMP ouster, therefore we'll go with LEX as our bootee "prediction," although KIMP is our clear alternate selection.

As far as the immunity and reward challenges go, it certainly appears that TOM goes on the reward challenge reward, but is he there as the WINNER or as the winner's companion? Our guess is he's there as the WINNER's companion and that the winner is ETHAN (that boy certainly seems to get around out there.) As far as immunity goes, a LEX ouster would support the idea of a TOM immunity win, therefore we'll go with that.
