Martha Stewart can be justly proud of all the potential apprentices on her first foray into Mark Burnett/Donald
Trump territory. NBC and RTW have announced the 16 candidates- http://www.realitytvworld.com/index/articles/story.php?s=3671
and they are a very high caliber group from an educational, business and creative standpoint.
I had originally envisioned this show as a variation on "Wickedly Perfect" but based on the varied, impressive backgrounds of the group, I think the tasks will be a lot more demanding than the ones on WP. NBC has said that there will be "tasks ranging from entertaining and design, to merchandising and technology". Although the group is multi-talented, I think how the teams are divided will be crucial, since individual skills and strengths will add greatly to each team. The youngest contestant, David, only 22, looks a little like Danny and already has Andy marked on his chest.  They're a really good-looking group. After seeing this group, I have high hopes for the show.
