As for my prediction--
Elliot has been coming on strong and I could see him in the F2, but I will go with a Taylor win for now: Elliot/Katherine/Taylor

And all of that talent and "natural soul" is overshadowed by the silly dancing, etc. Example: he completely screwed up the lyrics to "Jailhouse Rock" last night, but no one noticed or cared because he's so much fun to watch.

I agree with Geekboy, as I usually do. I find the "silly" dancing fun and crazy, but most of all something exuberant and not the boring choreographed boyband/Britney garbage. Leave that stuff to real dancers, I say.

He may live and breathe music but he better quit the herky jerky thing he does when he sings. It is not necessary and because he couldn't keep still he did a diservice to 'In the Ghetto' the other night. The guy from Graceland told him to cool it and he just couldn't. Hopefully Kat will win as she has more grace on the stage. If he wins he will probably be as successful as Reuben.

Completely disagree with your assessment of Taylor.When Taylor sings his type of music--he shines. He has been somewhat constrained by the formats chosen as well as the last minute song switcharoos they pulled on him more than once since they have been down to the F12. And even with the pimping that Chris received including special lighting and judges fawning, Chris still did not have the fans making sure he would get through to the F3. Taylor's fans have not been complacent and they enjoy his brand of music--they hear and see something you do not. Surely there are successful musicians out there today or in the past whose music you did not care for. Just put Taylor in that camp--but imo his success was assured with his initial audition that captured so many fans. And imo he will blow past Ruben and Fantasia--if he can do an album of his choosing. I hope he does not get "Bo-ed". (Still waiting for Bo to do his own type of music and not the assumed music that the top 40 buyers want to hear.) It doesn't matter to me what place in AI Taylor gets--he has already had the exposure he needs to go far.

I like all of 'em for different reasons.FWIW: Elliott/Kat/Taylor OR Elliott/Taylor/Kat OR for a total punt, put Elliott at #1 and any of the others at 2 or 3. It's a tough call for me, and at this point, I think that it should come down to the individual performances.

I also like all three who are left. I've loved and voted for Taylor from the beginning, but I'm thinking now that I'd like to see an Elliott/Taylor final 2, with Elliott winning because he'd need it more . . . I'll buy anything Taylor records.

Should be:Taylor/Kat/Elliot Will be: Taylor/Elliot/Kat The good thing about this season is that any of the final 5 could have won. They are all very talented. And, they are all different. Taylor is a fantastic entertainer, (yes, vocally as well), and Elliot, Kat, and Chris can flat out sing. But it is obvious who the producers want to win. Why does only Taylor get an encore? I would think the other 3 would not like that very much.
And, some 1 needs to tell Ryan or the producers that those quick, slap in the face and to the point ousters are ridiculous. It has happened several times in the past and I had hoped we wouldn't see it this season, but lo' and behold, they did it again.

Should be:Taylor/Elliot/Kat Will be: Elliot/Kat/Taylor I was shocked when Chris got voted out, because he seems like the only marketable choice. Elliot is boring and a total band member, not a star. Kat is my favorite, but another female winner? Seems highly unlikely. That leaves Taylor, who is loved here (just like Ruben) and sure to tank after (just like Ruben).

Kathryn I think Taylor is best showman of the three, he is also the only one never to be in the bottom elimination, so Taylor should make the final with no problem Elliot has come on so strong, he has done a great job and is by far the most improved contestant on the show, nobody else is even close. Kathryn used to be my favorite, I thought she had it all, beauty a great singing voice, but to me while Elliot has improved the last few weeks Kathryn has gone down hill, she either picked the wrong song, or had a bad arrangement of the song, her forgetting the words to Hound Dog was not good, by now they should remember the words to the song they are singing. I think she has gone down hill. My two finalist are Taylor-Elliot.

My favorite has NEVER won AI. (I didn't watch Season 1 though)I hesitate to say Taylor will win it because he is my favorite. Anyway, what I'd like to see: 1) Taylor
2) Elliott
3) Kat I think Taylor & Elliott will go to the finals. From what I can see across many AI boards, alot of Chris fans are going to vote for Elliott because they're completely ticked off at Kat and they're jealous of Taylor's fanbase. Elliott may win this. He has been gaining momentum and picking up alot of the fans from the past contestants. Alot will depend on the performances the next 2 weeks. Elliott also has the underdog thing going for him, and I think that helps. I like Elliott, I love Taylor, don't care much for Kat although she's certainly a beautiful girl. I can't wait to see how things stand with these kids say a year or 2 from now, career wise. I think someone will be selling out their concert venues, but I don't think it's going to be Chris.

For all practical purposes this thing is over. I'm really disappointed with the whole outcome . Who really cares who really wins now. Chris got a royal screw job by any stretch of the imagination, and we all can see that.He has more talent then all the others put together. As for the rest of the so called finalist I hope Elliot wins and Kate is second. I still don't understand why Taylor is still there. I hoped that he would have and should of been long gone a long time ago.Who has been voting for this clown? A bunch of middle aged women that think he's cute??? He will never make it as a real singer with any credibility. He is pathetic to watch, from his antics and his dancing to his mediocare voice. I do like Elliot and Kate, although I can't see either one of them being stars in the music business or even having any real marked sucess to speak of. THe only thing I can see Taylor doing is playing the lounge's at Holiday Inn's the rest of his life. As for the rest of the show's, I don't plan on watching anymore, but you can be sure I will be calling in to vote for Elliot, as many times as I can get in, no matter how he does next, week you can count on that.Something needs to change with this voting process.

I can't really see anyone other than Taylor taking the title this season. Admittedly, i'm a Taylor fan, so i do have a bias, but i admit that. I predicted Taylor when the top 24 were announced, and i predicted him for one reason alone. AI is for the unique, undiscovered talent out there. I think most of america is looking for somehting unique and different than what is seen in popular music today. Who else is unique this season? Nobody except Taylor.Season one was the debut season, and Kelley was the small-town girl who made it. Season two had Ruben and Clay. Both were unique in their own way. Season three, it was obvious (to me, at least) that Fantasia would take it all very early on. Quite unique. Season four, I'd argue that Bo was the unique one, but Carrie brought the country-flair to the show and people grabbed on to that as something different. People could argue that Elliot has shown the most growth this season, and they would be right...but can he beat Taylor? I don't think so. I think it is Taylor's to lose. He's on a hot streak the past three weeks, so lets hope he can keep it up. geekboy
