"singer what do you think?"Well, MizJaz, since you asked, I think you're right.
The Donald tried to do damage control on Larry King last night. King interviewed him with Randal and Rebecca. It was interesting how the slant of the Larry King interview was to highlight Rebecca's many job offers post-finale. Trump said that questions of race were "inappropriate," and it was obvious that King and others had been reading these blogs.
Randal was emphatic in his belief that he was sure that The Donald could find something for Rebecca to do in the organisation if she were offered a post-finale job. He was clear that he would support such a decision. It was also clear that these types of decisions were best left to The Donald, and appropriately so.
Randal received strong training in verbal argument in Oxford. (That is my school as well, so I know how the programme is structured.) I am thrilled that a very urbane Randal remains adept at getting his positions across clearly and concisely. Those are the marks of a truly great orator and leader. I am proud of him.
BTW, The Donald acknowledged that business people would see that Randal is capable of making tough decisions and standing by those decisions. That strength is something that is respected, especially in a business environment. And even if The Donald does not like Randal, my guess is that he has a grudging respect for his fearlessness.
