At camp samburu Lex, Kelly and tom were awaiting the merge
Lex mentioned something about them making it to the final four easily. They just had to worry about immunity challenges.
Since Kelly was standing there and Ethan is obviously in Lex's alliance, was he leaving out Kim J on purpose or did he just forget ? Why would he so blatantly dis Kim in front of kelly

I don't see how that is dissing Kim. It could just as easily be considered dissing Ethan as far as I can tell, since he did not specify. In fact, I particularly think that he did mean Ethan, for the simple fact that he mentioned they "just had to worry about immunity challenges". That statement alone makes me think he was talking about Ethan, since I think it is fairly evident that unless it is a mental challenge, MamaKim is anything but a threat. So, basically, I don't think that Kelly would take it as dissing MamaKim unless there was more to the conversation that I am just not aware of.

I believe that Lex knows that Kelly is the type to straddle the fence and try to play as many sides as she can, so he's testing Kelly to see how she would respond to Lex's 'final 4' comment. We've also seen how Kelly feels about Lex, so it's possible that Lex has already sensed this at some point (hence his comment) and KELLY is the one fibbing to Lex with a plan to take him out.
