Actually is Moss really dead? Didn't Jack play a trick with Walker pretending to be dead? Did they shoot Moss? I don't think so. Think they just left him for dead. So if he and Alameida had a plan ...? Maybe Juma had more men in the US that needed to be flushed out and a canister of this crap would do it? Maybe the bioweapon isn't in there .. but that would be unlikely. That would mean someone in starkwood would be helping Tony by emptying the canister and filling it with helium so they can make funny cartoon voices. But the first point, Walker did fake being dead.
