"Supergroup on Vh1"
Ted Nugent, Scott Ian, Jason Bonham, Sebastian Bach and Evan Seinfeld have 12 days to create a performance for fans in Las Vegas.

Everyone seems to revere Ted Nugent, however, Ted is quite hard headed in the style of music he wants to create. He and Evan are going to clash. Sebastian is trying to be a peacekeeper.

Not sure if I'll watch again. I guess if there's nothing else on, I'll continue to watch it.

Haven't seen it yet but do plan on catching it. As a former metal head in my teen years, this appeals to me!

Mr Bach has all the makings of drama and good tv. Ought to be fun to watch.

Hey I caught it now and I think it was all right. Bach and Scott Ian are in total hero worship mode with Nugget in the band.

Looks like the honeymoon period is going t be over but quick with walk outs and fights galore!

I generally dislike Ted Nugget, so watching the worship was quite hard to stomach.

I can see your point. However eventually he is going to do or say something that's going to get those guys in the gut! They will then see their idol as a guy not just a rock star. That's when it can get good!

I caught an episode after a satisfying metal marathon on VH1 - Music For Moldies Who Still Crank Up The Tunes.

1. The only one who really gets on my nerves is Mr. Biohazard (who will apparently get on other nerves in epidodes to follow).

2. I like S. Bach and it will be sad to watch him blow it with the booze AGAIN.

3. The manager looks a little like Neil Sedaka.

4. I had NO IDEA the drummer for Foreigner was Bonham's son.

Had some funny moments. Will probably catch in one of the endless reruns.

A while ago, VH1 had a show on called "I married a Rock Star" and it profiled Bach and his wife. Showed the couple in domestic bliss, raising their two teen aged sons in the burbs of Jersey. It was quite lovely to see a couple who had been together for some 20 years be so happy and normal.

Then I get to see Bach's wife posing with porn star for pictures. She sighted "this is what you do for your husband". Umm I must of missed that memo. I go get coffee for my husband when i want to be nice.

All I could think of is those two sons of their getting the crap razzed out of them come Monday morning at school.

My husband and I love this show. He likes metal, I don't, but I like Ted Nugent and surprisingly, this show works. I've been surprised that Scott Ian is NORMAL. Weird looking guy, but completely normal...that's pretty cool. I have continued to grow in my admiration of Ted Nugent (read his book God, Guns and Rock n Roll-he is a really smart guy), especially when the porn thing was going on and he wasn't into it at all. Sebastian Bach cracks me up-he is such a dumb woman....and watching him get into the porn shoot was surreal because I had seen him a few years ago in Jesus Christ Superstar and he played Jesus.....huh, Jesus into a porn shoot....definately surreal. The guy from biohazard is annoying and the british guy is just weird-just because you are british, you can't enjoy shooting guns...I thought that comment was kind of stupid...but being a hunter myself, I guess the thought of a whole nation not wanting to shoot guns is hard for me to swallow.

The PR people are funny-I think they were chosen because they have such a "college educated/preppy" look that they give nice contrast. The manager seems competent-that's cool. The only person I don't understand is the cook. Who is she, why is she there...who really cares about her? They don't even explain her story well...she's mad at Ted, but they don't really say why.

This show is really good, but I hope they don't try to do a second season, because it would probably suck. The blend of characters here makes it work and they won't be able to get this calibre of people over and over again (look what's happened to Surreal life, need I say more?).

*Edited for Spelling*

I agree. Sometimes you just have to let an idea have it's magical moment and that's all. Don't beat a dead horse!

I don't see the point of guns and hunting but I respect Ted Nuggent greatly because he presents himself and his views in a very professional and polite manner. He is honest with who he is and what he believes. Unlike alot of people in show business. So I have to say he's my fave on the show so far.

Bach and the guy from Biohazard are milking this for all it's worth. I wish they would hold back a bit. It gets almost painful to watch.

I agree, Ted is my favorite, but I've had a lot of respect for him for a while. Watching him on this show makes me respect him even more. This weeks episode where he had that talk with Sebastian about the drinking almost made me cry! I loved watching him with the style consultant. He said exactly what I was thinking about a girl with purple hair giving him style info being ludacris. I agree, Sebastian is milking this, but he does make for some good comic relief-he wears more makeup in one day than I have my whole life. I just get tired of him being so stubborn all the time and demanding his own way. He is like a gigantic 14 year old! I'm going to be sad when this show is over.

10. "RE: Supergroup Finale - Jack Daniels! "
Did anyone see the finale show last night? The best part was the prank Sebastian pulled at the concert when he chugged the Jack Daniels bottle full of iced tea! My husband and I were laughing so hard! The look on Nugent's face was priceless! It was even funnier when Sebastian was talking about it after the show.
I swear, I want to watch that over and over again because I thought it was hilarious!
