Well I thought I could cook this without shopping, although I knew I had to replace the spring onions with standard.So I soaked the noodles, added a little sesame oil to the beaten eggs (I cannot eat nuts, and this adds a nutty flavour) and fried it off, fried the garlic, onion and beansprouts with some bacon and scallops. Fresh coriander, no. Fresh lime, No. Fresh Chillies, still in the freezer.
I did throw in some raw beansprouts and it was nice. I have quite a bit left over, so I will get the lime and coriander tomorrow and add them for lunch. More feedback then!
I think my noodles were about 1/2" which was a little too big for me.
