WindChillFactor 19 desperate attention whore postings DAW Level: "Got Milk? Spokesperson" 02-07-03, 04:15 PM (EST) "Legal Releases on American Idol" Does anyone know what kind of legal releases contestants sign in order to be on American Idol? While I think it is highly unlikely, what would happen if Kimberly doesn't make it very far in the finals? A lot of it could be attributed to the way producers have editted her "character." She could be a perfectly nice person in real life, she just had an off day in a highly stressful situation. Still, the public thinks she's a spiteful, insincere brat. Do you think she has any recourse?   Top

I'm sure she signed away to Fox and the producers the right to use her image for the show. That would let them do what they want. But I have not read the contract they sign so I'm not sure. But I cannot see her having any recousre whatsoever. It is astonishing how foolish humans can be in groups, especially when they follow their leaders without question - States: The Bene Gesserit View. All States Are an Abstraction.   Top
