"Extreme Makeover Home Edition"
Anyone catch last night's show with the family who loves the Red Sox? There are such a great family and are so deserving of the home they got. The little boy is in my child's class and I volunteered a few days working at the house. An earlier thread remarked that the designers don't do much, and from what I (and my many friends who also helped out) saw, the designers don't do most of the work. Maybe they do plan it, but the actual physical work was done by hundreds of local contractors, workers and volunteers who donated their time to help the family. It sort of soured me on the show, but they do make great things happen, so I am still a fan. Did someone here say they know the Dad?
