The show NEVER considers the viewers vote's!
The show NEVER mentions the 'exact' count/numbers
each singers get when they supposedly get voted off.
And YES! FOX & the judges KNOW who will be chosen
way before the so called votes are in.

I don't think for one minute that the contest is rigged.
What you are suggesting is a violation of FCC regulations.
It would be a criminal offense to rig the contest, and would likely result in heavy fines and/or jail time. The Federal Communications Commission has representatives working closely with American Idol to make sure there is no vote fraud or manipulation of the vote totals by the producers. These rules came about after game show scandals in the 1950s, and are strictly enforced. Each season has been greeted by cries of Hoax! and Foul! Accept that Carrie got more votes than Bo.
Accept that Fox has no intention of ever revealing the actual vote totals.
Accept that representatives of the federal government certify that the vote totals suport the declared winner. 
These reality show contestants need a reality check!
