Oh Dawg, that was just disgusting. When I saw the sign flip over, I asked my mom (who knows Chinese) what it was. When she told me, I immediately recognized it and literally yelled at my screen "Pass it! Pass it!" I really don't blame them for not getting that stuff down.
Consider me an official Sea Urchin Hata'.
