127. "RE: Final 6 Tribal Council"
As they depart the TC location, the players hear a thump behind them. They turn to find Malcolm passed out on the ground and Probst, who had heard the thump, rushing out of the TC location. Malcolm comes to and gets on his hands and knees, then pukes all over the place. The medical team, who is always handy at any challenge or TC, is on the scene within seconds. They do a thorough examination and ask a lot of questions, and the docs say they think Malcolm has food poisoning and is severely dehydrated. They pull him out of the game and take him to a nearby hospital. The next morning the tribe goes to the challenge location where Probst informs them Malcolm indeed had a bad case of food poisoning and that his dehydration was probably aggravated by playing two Survivor games back to back with only a two week break in between. Probst says he is expected to be well enough to serve on the jury after a day's medical treatment and rest, but that he will probably still feel pretty poorly for several days to come. He then explains that the challenge which had been intended to be an IC has been converted to a RC, with the reward being an advantage in the final IC the next day. He explains the details and they run the challenge, which Andrea wins to win the advantage in the next day's IC.
