"Birth Control?"
Does anyone know if ABC makes the ladies suspend birth control when they go on the Bachelor? How about other prescription medications? Always been curious.

Thanks!

I don't see the point of doing either.

I assume that they don't want the legal liability of telling someone they can't take medications their doctor says that they need. Some woman take BCP for health reasons so I would suspect they wouldn't deny people that as it may not be just for pregnancy prevention.

What crossed my mind is that most BC pills affect libido, in a negative way. The decreased desire for "intimacy" might not make for good TV. So I put those two thoughts together and just wondered if ABC would do something like that.

You have to admit the ladies do seem, for lack of a better term "horny." Ick, I hate that word... Anyway, the ladies are real eager to smooch, flirt, give/receive sensual massages, have overnight visits, etc.

Anyway, I doubt ABC would purposely make participants go off BC pills just to up their sex drive, but hey, who knows?
